Weekend Recap

Friday: Emily and Michelle came to town and it was a nonstop night of Sparks and dancing until about 6:00am when I passed out in the mammal's bed. We had the best IAP at the cave.

Saturday: I woke up to the sound of birds coming from the mammal's alarm clock and I had to make sure that person sleeping foot-to-head with me was actually the mammal. The rest of the day was spent preparing for Liz's surprise tea party. By the time the party came around, I was feeling exhausted, cranky and anti-social. Ape and I took a small break before dinner in Adams Morgan/Dupont edge with Em, Michelle, Ivy and my friend Megan from high school, who I just discovered living in Adams Morgan. After dinner and the walk home, I literally passed out by midnight.

Sunday: I actually woke up at 9am, went down to the Diner with Em and Michelle. I sent the girls off on their way back to Philly around noon and the rest of the day was spent with Ivy and Ape at Pentagon City on the tour de force of shopping.

Tomorrow is a half dayso that I can get my hair cut and colored and then its on the bus to NY for T-giving on Wednesday.
