OMG!!! I just spent 6 hours at the DMV. But now I am officially a DC resident with temporary tags. I can drive to NY and not get pulled over for 'dead' tags.

So, today sucked, but at least I technically only have 2 more hours of work left and then off to Rumba for mojitos!!
