NEW YORK STATE OF MIND

from nme.com:

THE BRAVERY played a sold out hometown show in NEW YORK last night (May 16) and discovered they’ve gained a famous fan.
The band played at Irving Plaza in Manhattan, and despite some
suggestions of a backlash in their own city, The Strokes lead singer Julian Casablancas turned up to see the show.

The Stroke watched the band’s set then met Sam Endicott and co afterwards where an insider revealed “there was strong talk of the bands doing something together”.
It’s not clear whether this is a tour or a musical collaboration, but it is unlikely
any thing will occur until after The Strokes finish current sessions for their third album.

Meanwhile The Bravery gear-up to start that sold UK tour which begins on May 23 in Leeds.
